There is a 1.25″ flange on the left, right, and top of the bubble cover. The height includes the 1.25″ flange. The width is excluding the flange on both sides.
When selecting a cover size, be sure the cover is at least .5″ bigger on each side than the size of your well!

Lifetime Warranty Policy Details
Our Sloped, Flat, and Bubble style window well covers come with a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. Warranty is not transferable without consent of WindowWellCovers.com.
This warranty covers:- Broken aluminum parts
- Cracks or splits in the Polycarbonate cover
- Broken clips that attach the cover to the well
This does not apply to damage from acts of God, (any event, including weather, that occurs outside of human control and that can’t be predicted or prevented) misuse, alteration, improper installation, improper maintenance or abuse.
We will replace a defective window well cover free of charge (except for shipping expenses). Proof of purchase is required and replacement is the sole remedy to the purchaser under this warranty. In no event shall WindowWellCovers.com be liable for any other incidental or consequential damages, losses, or expenses. Photos of the damaged cover will be required.
